We offer a 30-day return period for eligible change-of-mind returns, starting from the date your order is delivered.

Return costs

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

If your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect then we will cover the cost of returning the product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers remain responsible for returned parcels until they are received at our returns facility.

Conditions for returns:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The product may only have been used to the extent necessary to assess it.
• All parts and any accessories must be included.
• The original packaging does not need to be undamaged, but must be present.
