Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched directly from our international fulfillment centres in China to customers our in Australia.

Delivery times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • Transit Time: Transit times are 5–10 business days. In rare cases, delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or seasonal demand.
  • The total estimated delivery time is 5–11 business days.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. There is no minimum order value.

Delivery courier

Final delivery is completed by local delivery partners. The carrier may vary depending on your location and shipment.

Track your order

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can easily track your parcel via our website. Track your order here. (The tracking information will become active as soon as the carrier has scanned the parcel.)

Delayed or lost in transit

If a package is lost or delayed, please contact us immediately at support@horizonfootwear.com. If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellation of order:

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@horizonfootwear.com. We can only cancel or modify an order before it has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.
